Stupid question but is it worth getting now?  I tried to find out more specifically whats in it aside from the normal packaged updates but couldnt learn anything from their site.  I could just install it but I'd rather wait if there is nothing really noteworthy included.....

If you've been keeping up with the miscellaneous XP hotfixes since the deployment of SP2, I would say it's not worth it. There aren't many new big features and some have actually been removed. One of the main reasons this cumulative service pack came out was to make updating new installations of XP easier (as there are like 100+ fixes since SP2).

thats sort of what i figured since microsoft was so vague on what the actual new additions were.  i guess ill just wait til auto-update forces me to dl it if ever....

I would say downgrade to 2K pro all together. XP suxxors <_<
