I knew those PS brush shortcuts existed, but I never bothered looking them up/remembering them. Now that I'm actually in the middle of a painting (still with me mouse), those are going to help SO MUCH. My wrist is already crying with joy at the discovery of those tips... I heart potat0rs xD

There are a lot more tips in that thread, including making brushes, etc. But here are the brush keyboard shortcuts in a nutshell:

0-9 to change brush opacity
[ ] to change brush size
shift + [ ] to change hard/soft edges (to help with blending)
